Up close

Being that the weather has kept us inside more than usual someone has taken the opportunity to try and score some extra sharsies. First the nose bump, then the sad face followed by a yawn of exertion.

These are soon followed by the lip lick of victory and an extreme snoot close-up hopefully leading to further sharsies.

Definitely makes meal and snack times more entertaining!! Plus who could resist that persistent cute face!!

Rare photos…

I managed to get a few pictures recently of the ever elusive hibernating Basset…they only appear in very cold weather (anything below 35 degrees) and are rarely captured on film moving from their chair nest to their couch nest.

They always appear snuggled in a blanket like wrap that appears to cover everything but their face…

If you happen to be lucky enough to spot one do not, I repeat do not get in their migration path as massive stink eye and attitude may occur .
